📦 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items or opened skincare products for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly make it right.

✅ Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package was lost in transit (after appropriate USPS tracking confirmation)

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
